How Do I File a Claim?
Whether it’s an auto or homeowners claim, you can contact your local Farm Bureau Insurance agent, and they will help you get the claims process started.
You can also call the claims service center, toll-free, 24/7 at 877-876-2222.
Additionally, you may file a claim through your online account. Please be prepared to tell us the cause and date of the loss. All theft and vandalism losses must be reported to the police.
To register for an account, you will need your policy number. Once you’ve registered for your account, you will be taken to a list of your policies. Click on the policy for which you need to file a claim, and then click Policy Details to begin the process.
After you have reported your claim, you will be assigned a claims representative to help walk you through the claims process and keep you informed until the claim is settled.
