To be eligible, the child must be in the first through fifth grade this school year. Registration forms are available at local Farm Bureau Insurance offices. No purchase is necessary and you do not have to be a Farm Bureau member to register.
The winning child will receive four lower-bowl game tickets, a Titans jersey and a Farm Bureau Insurance “Charlie” cap, and a special photo to commemorate the event. Travel, lodging and expenses are not included.
