Farm Bureau Insurance - Tennessee is highest in region in J.D. Power auto
Thirteen auto insurance providers were measured in eight southeastern states: Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
The study measured customer satisfaction with auto insurance companies across five factors: interaction, price, policy offerings, billing and payment, and claims. The average for the Southeastern Region was 816; Farm Bureau Insurance - Tennessee was rated at 844.
“According to J.D. Power, the biggest driver of overall satisfaction is the interaction companies have with their customers. Achieving ‘three-peat’ status reflects a team effort at every touch point of customer service – agents, claims, customer service center, local offices, and home office operations," said Sonny Scoggins, Farm Bureau Insurance chief executive officer.
