Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee is Highest in Customer Satisfaction Among Auto Insurers in the Southeast Region; 10th Consecutive Year
COLUMBIA, Tenn. – For the 10th year in a row, Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee ranks highest among auto insurance providers in the Southeast Region in the J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Auto Insurance Study.℠
Sixteen auto insurance providers were measured in eight southeastern states: Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
The study measured customer satisfaction with auto insurance companies across five factors: interaction, price, policy offerings, billing and payment, and claims. The average for the Southeast Region was 847; Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee was rated at 883.
