Farm Bureau Insurance's Property-Casualty and Life Companies Earn Spots on Ward's Top 50
Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee’s property and casualty company has been named among Ward’s Top 50® insurance companies for the sixth consecutive year. Its life company earned a spot on Ward’s Top 50 list for the 15th consecutive year.
“We’re pleased that our property-casualty and life companies made Ward’s Top 50 list again this year. We’re always working to keep our company profitable and make sure our employees and agents have what they need to succeed and serve our members,” said Chief Executive Officer Jeff Pannell. “It’s wonderful to see our efforts recognized at a national level.”
Ward began its Top 50 list in 1991 as a way to benchmark the safety, consistency, and performance of property-casualty and life insurance companies. Each year Ward conducts a five-year analysis on 2,900 property-casualty insurance companies and 700 life insurance companies across the United States to arrive at its Top 50 list.
According to Ward’s website, to be featured on Ward’s Top 50 list means a company has “achieved superior performance and passed all safety and consistency screens.”
“This recognition speaks to the consistency and profitability of Tennessee Farmers Mutual and Tennessee Farmers Life companies over time, and that’s something we’re proud of. For us, being a good insurer has always been about being there for Tennesseans when it matters most,” said Pannell.
