I began my career with Tennessee Farm Bureau Insurance in October 2004 as an agent in Mt. Carmel, TN, in Hawkins County where I proudly served for 11.5 years. Following that, I was promoted to agency manager at the South Roan Street location in Johnson City, TN, Washington County, where I spent another 7.5 years. In May 2023, I had the opportunity to transfer back closer to my hometown, and now I am located at the Kingsport, Stone Drive location in Sullivan County, Tennessee, continuing my role as an agent. 

I am thrilled to be back in my hometown and plan to continue serving this community for many years to come until retirement. I genuinely enjoy meeting new people and assisting existing customers through various situations life presents. With over 40 years of customer service experience starting from my high school days, I prioritize giving each customer my undivided attention, respect for their privacy, and the professionalism they deserve. 

I graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Health Education in 1994, followed by a Master's degree in Public Health in 1995. I am an active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, holding a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellowship designation (LUTCF). Furthermore, my career highlights include receiving prestigious company awards such as the Soaring Eagle Award, Honor Council, Presidents Award, Round Table, All Star Award, and being named Region Five Rookie of the Year in 2005. 

Outside of work, my hobbies revolve around spending time with my family and enjoying outdoor activities. My faith, family, friends, and career are all incredibly important to me.
